REMEMBER to fill out a building permit with the Assessor’s Office and the
Zoning Administrator for any alterations, additions, demolition, and any other
changes to your property. You must complete entire form

Applications are accepted from February 1st to June 30th , no appointment is necessary. ·
If you are required to file taxes, please bring your completed tax
return when you come to file homestead.

If you do not file a tax return, please bring all income
information with you. ·
Everyone should bring documentation for medical co-pays,
prescription co-pays, mileage to medical appointments, glasses, dental
appointments, etc. This may help you
receive more of an exemption! Personal Property: ·
All depreciable personal property used in a trade or business, or
for the production of income, is taxable.
This property shall be assessed to the owner as of January 1 at ·
Failure to receive a return, or
notice, from the Assessor does not exempt you from filing a personal property
schedule, if you have taxable property. ·
